"Discount didn’t really feel like a deal"
I signed up thinking I was about to get a decent discount, because that’s definitely how it came across at first. But once I actually got into the details, it felt like the savings were a lot smaller than they made it seem.
Maybe some people would still find it worth it, but for me it just felt like I was pulled in by a better-looking offer than what was actually there. I wouldn’t say it was a complete scam or anything, but it definitely left me feeling like my time was wasted.

"Ads were decent, just not a total wow haha"
I tried Propel for running some ads, and the setup was simple. The results were a bit mixed for me though haha. I did get a few leads, just not quite as many as I was hoping for...

"This thing is way too confusing"
I couldn’t figure out how to do much of anything with it. Maybe it works for some people, but for me this little headache of a product was just a confusing mess

"Privacy info used to feel clearer"
I’ve used Propel for a while, and it still seems mostly safe to me, but I do feel like the privacy side used to be a bit easier to understand. The security stuff looks standard and I’m not seeing anything that really worries me, but I wish the details about data handling were more upfront and written in plain language. Overall it’s fine, just not as clear as it could be

"Pretty decent, but I wish the info was easier to find"
Overall, Propel seems legit and I didn’t run into any major problems or anything like that. My main issue was that some of the details weren’t super clear right away, so I had to poke around a bit and read through different sections before I felt like I actually understood what was going on. It wasn’t a huge hassle, but it did take more effort than I expected just to figure out the basics of how everything works. I don’t think it’s bad at all, I just wish they explained things more upfront so you’re not left guessing or having to piece it together yourself.

"I mostly use Propel to get notified when..."
I mostly use Propel to get notified when my benefits deposit hits. When it works, it’s really helpful because I’m not constantly checking my card all day. But sometimes the alert shows up late, and that makes me nervous because I hate feeling like I might be missing something or getting fooled by the timing. Overall it’s a decent app, I just wish the notifications were more consistent.

"I can’t tell what I paid..."
I can’t tell what I paid for when I look at my transaction history. Everything is so unclear, and it’s frustrating because there doesn’t seem to be any real person to talk to about it. I just want someone human to help explain the charges.

"Some good stuff, just not a lot"
It had a few useful resources. Not bad, really. I did find some things that helped. But yeah... I guess I was expecting more. A little more depth, maybe. Overall decent, just not amazing.

"Keeps Freezing on Me"
I’ve had a mixed experience with this app. Sometimes it works fine, but for me it freezes way too often. I’ve had to close it and restart it more times than I can count, which gets frustrating when I’m just trying to use it normally...

"Balance was off at the worst times"
I’ve had the EBT balance show the wrong amount more than once, and it made shopping way more stressful than it should be. I’d be standing there trying to total things up in my head, checking the cents on each item, and then the app would say one thing while the register seemed to say another. Even being off by a little makes a difference when you’re planning every item in the cart.

"Setting up my account took longer than I..."
Setting up my account took longer than I expected, and the whole process wasn’t very clear about what I was supposed to do next. After that, the login kept sending me right back to the same screen with no real explanation, which was annoying. It did eventually work later, but getting there was more frustrating than it needed to be
